These terms and conditions govern your use of the Care Dental Tidworth website and the dental services we provide. By using our website or booking an appointment, you accept these terms.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, so we can offer the time to another patient. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may incur a charge.
The cost of your treatment will be explained and agreed with you before it begins. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a payment plan or finance agreement has been arranged. We accept most major debit and credit cards.
We will always explain your options, the likely outcomes and any risks before treatment. No treatment is carried out without your informed consent. Results can vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Membership plans and finance agreements are subject to their own separate terms, which we provide before you sign up. Finance is subject to status and eligibility.
