Practice Policy
To secure longer or specialist appointments we may ask for a booking deposit, which is deducted from the cost of your treatment.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, may result in the loss of your deposit to cover the reserved clinical time. Deposits are otherwise fully refundable or carried forward to your treatment.
Full deposit amounts and terms will always be explained to you before any appointment is booked.
