How to raise a concern, and how we will handle it.
Last updated: July 2026
We aim to provide the highest standard of care to every patient. If something has not met your expectations, we want to hear about it so we can put it right and improve.
You can raise a concern in person, by phone on 01980 847953, or in writing by email or post to the practice. Please address your complaint to our Practice Manager.
We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to provide a full response within ten working days. If we need longer to investigate, we will keep you informed of progress.
All complaints are handled sensitively and in confidence, and will not affect your future care in any way.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact the Dental Complaints Service (for private treatment) on 020 8253 0800, or the General Dental Council at gdc-uk.org.
Please contact our Practice Manager on 01980 847953 or by email to raise a complaint.
